Garlic Butter Roasted Shrimp with Parmesan

This garlic butter roasted shrimp with parmesan recipe may be one of my all-time favorite appetizers or main dish entrees. Whether for a summer evening, Super Bowl party, Thanksgiving, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or Christmas, this easy shrimp appetizer will always be a crowd-pleaser. The garlicky shrimp were amazing, and we thought they paired nicely with garlic rice, a caprese salad, and crusty bread.
Garlic Butter Roasted Shrimp with Parmesan
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, shelled & deveined, (I used extra-large 26/30 )
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
- Fresh red crushed pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 2Â cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
How to Make Garlic Butter Roasted Shrimp with Parmesan
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, then coat it with olive oil cooking spray.
Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on.
Drizzle the shrimp with olive oil, then season both sides with sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes, to taste.
Place into the oven and roast for 4 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Combine the melted butter with the minced garlic; mix until well combined. Drizzle the melted garlic butter over the shrimp, then toss to coat evenly.
Place back into the oven to roast for 4-5 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the top with freshly grated Parmesan. Serve immediately with lemon wedges (and cocktail sauce), if desired. Enjoy!
