Strawberry and Goat Cheese Bruschetta with Fresh Basil

Strawberry and Goat Cheese Bruschetta with Fresh Basil

Oh my! This one was tasty!!! My daughter, husband, and I all loved these strawberry and goat cheese bruschetta while my son said they were just okay because he didn’t care for the balsamic glaze on his!? Weird kid. Anyway, I loved the warm crispy bread topped with tangy goat cheese, sweet strawberries, and tart balsamic vinegar. My favorite part? The fresh basil… It tied all the flavors together beautifully. I thought this bruschetta was really delicious and I know I’ll be making this recipe again.
