Spicy Broccoli with Garlic

Spicy Broccoli with Garlic

I was serving an Asian-style shrimp dish for dinner and I wanted a quick and healthy side dish to serve with it. I found this broccoli recipe on Martha Stewart that looked good and easy. I used a bit less crushed red pepper flakes for my kids’ portions and adapted the recipe to suit my family’s tastes. It took minutes to make and it was delicious. My kids especially loved the tang from the vinegar.

  1. I love broccoli, and my favorite way to cook it is oven roasting it. I don’t like to turn my oven on when it’s hot (like it is today). This will be the perfect side dish with dinner tonight!
