Simple Spicy Salsa

Simple Spicy Salsa

I was making Carne Asada Tacos for dinner for one of my best friends who was coming to town for one night. I usually make the Roasted Tomato Salsa but since it was in the 80’s today, I didn’t want to heat up the house with the oven. I grabbed a few things and threw this salsa together – I am so glad I did! It was tangy, spicy, and full of flavor! We all liked this salsa, including my daughter. She didn’t care that it was so spicy because she loved the flavor so much. My son, on the other hand, said it was too spicy for him.
