Brie, Ham, Potato, Chive, and Tomato Frittata

Brie, Ham, Potato, Chive, and Tomato Frittata

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE cheese. Brie is one of my very, very favorite cheeses, so when Ile de France offered to send me some of their cheese, I obviously said YES PLEASE!! I made this brie, ham, potato, chive, and tomato frittata recipe. I loved the little pockets of melted brie–it was so creamy and delicious without being too rich. We REALLY loved the flavor of the brie–it truly was the star of the frittata. This ham and brie frittata recipe paired nicely with twisted bacon and crispy hash browns.

  1. I never thought to cook a frittata like this, I always fried them and they never seemed to cook through. This is a really good idea. I can’t wait to try this tonight.

  2. Wonderful recipe, I added a bit of dill, just a tad. SUPER flavour, just yummy, thank you for another light dinner idea. šŸ™‚
