Roasted Asparagus with Prosciutto
This happens to be my new favorite appetizer and I will be making it often. I liked how quick and easy this recipe was to make. I loved the salty pork with the roasted asparagus – the combination was perfect. We all thought it was a really delicious dish. This roasted asparagus makes an amazing appetizer but I think it would also be great as a side dish, especially for a holiday dinner.Roasted Asparagus and Prosciutto: Recipe and photos by For the Love of Cooking.net
