Pour the olive oil in a small ramekin then add the minced garlic and mix well.
Spread the garlic and olive oil mixture evenly over both flatbreads. Season with a bit of sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Layer with the mozzarella slices, then add the tomato slices on top.
Place the flatbread pizza into the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze; slice. Serve with grated parmesan on the side. Enjoy.
