Combine the warm melted butter with the Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk well; set aside to allow the flavors to mingle.
Spray a cast iron skillet with olive oil cooking spray. Set aside. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Split the roll into two halves (top & bottom).
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the rolls, to taste.
Place some ham on the bottom halves of the rolls then top with some Swiss cheese.
Replace tops and place in a single layer in the cast iron skillet.
Whisk the melted butter combination until thick and well combined.
Brush mixture over the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake covered for 20 minutes, remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.
