Slow-roasted beef

Sharp white cheddar

Instructions

Toast the slider bun halves in a toaster oven or preheated 350-degree oven until slightly golden.
Slather some leftover creamy horseradish sauce on each slider bun.
Top one bun with roast beef, sharp white cheddar, a handful of arugula, and a bit of sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
