Ingredients

olive oil or vegetable oil

Dijon mustard

red wine vinegar

honey

shallot
diced finely

clove
of garlic
minced
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a small jar, combine the olive oil, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, honey, shallot, minced garlic, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Seal the jar with its lid and shake it very well. Store in the refrigerator.
