Brie Apple Crostini with Honey and Pomegranate Seeds

Brie Apple Crostini with Honey and Pomegranate Seeds

I was doing some testing for Super Bowl recipes and decided to make a brie apple crostini with honey and pomegranate seeds. Simple, Easy. Delicious! My kids loved them and devoured the entire tray after school but thankfully I was able to grab one before they disappeared. We loved the combination of crispy bread with gooey melted brie topped with drizzled honey, a tart apple slice, and some sweet pomegranate seeds. These little crostini were seriously tasty and I will be making them again on Super Bowl Sunday.

    1. Meredith,

Yes, I did but if you like the rind you are welcome to leave it on. My kids find it a bit bitter so I usually remove it.
