Lemon Pepper Herb Dry Rub

Lemon Pepper Herb Dry Rub

I use this lemon pepper herb dry rub mainly for chicken but it’s wonderful on veggies, seafood, and pork as well. I made a casserole for dinner tonight and I used this seasoning on the chicken and it gave the casserole a little more zip. Making a dry rub at home is so quick, easy, and much cheaper than buying fancy ones from the store.

  1. So easy! Your lemon pepper is chunkier than mine; I guess it’s all this east coast refinement or something. You’re right; dry rubs are so easy to make at home that I wonder why anyone would pay extra to buy it premixed.
