Cherry Sauce

Cherry Sauce

There was a big sale on cherries at my local store so I grabbed a bunch and surprised my kids with this cherry sauce to serve over ice cream. It turned out sweet, delicious, and absolutely wonderful. My son especially loved it and enjoyed it nightly over ice cream until it disappeared. It was a very simple dessert sauce to make and a terrific way to take advantage of summer produce.
