Seafood Feast – Meal Plan

It’s that time of year again – SUMMER BREAK!  I am taking the next two weeks off from the blog to hangout with my family and friends, head to a wedding reception, go on fun adventures, camp, play board games, watch movies, read books, and relax. I thought I would give you a fun meal plan for each day this week. I hope you like it.

Next up is a Seafood Fest. We all love seafood – especially my children. Here are some recipes to make a tasty meal filled with seafood.

Creamy Clam Dip

Caesar Salad with Homemade Garlic Croutons

Gemelli with Lump Crab, Mushrooms and Asparagus in a Lemon Butter Sauce

Salmon with Garlic, Lemon, and Dill

Broccoli with Garlic, Pine Nuts, and Asiago Cheese

Coconut Lemon Bars

  1. We love seafood in our home, too, especially salmon and crab, but we don’t eat it too often due to budget constraints. Next time I splurge, however, I will be making your Gemelli with Lump Crab, Mushrooms and Asparagus in a Lemon Butter Sauce. Thanks so much for the recipe. My tummy is growling now. Enjoy your break!

  2. My God, the salmon looks so delicious! I admire your family now 🙂
Your recipes are very inspiring – Because my husband had to reduce his weight (our doc told him so) we started a 21 sugar cleanse (sugarfreejuli.com/21dsd) and we’ll finish it tomorrow, with already remarkable results.
Now I’m wondering which book you’d recommend as a follow up to add more healthy recipes to our repertoire?
    Many thanks in advance,
    Juli
