Sesame Snow Peas and Peppers

Sesame Snow Peas and Peppers

I served these simple and delicious sesame snow peas and peppers with the Spicy Basil Chicken and brown rice – it was a really terrific combination of flavors and textures.   I love that a side dish can be so quick and simple to make yet taste so fresh and delicious.  I loved the crisp-tender veggies with the sesame flavor… they were so good and healthy!
