Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan

Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan

I wanted a quick side dish for dinner last night that used ingredients I had in the fridge. I grabbed some broccoli florets, parmesan cheese, and garlic then roasted them. My son wasn’t a fan of the broccoli but the rest of us were – even my daughter which surprised me because she isn’t a big fan of cheese.
