Lemon-Mustard Chicken Drumsticks

Lemon-Mustard Chicken Drumsticks

I wanted simple comfort food for dinner last night. My kids love chicken drumsticks so I decided to bake them with a lemon and mustard marinade.  I added a bit of honey at the last minute because the marinade was needing a touch of sweetness. They smelled wonderful while they baked and tasted fantastic. We spooned some of the sauce on top before eating and we all agreed it was TASTY! The chicken was moist and tender and paired nicely with the Parmesan and Panko Roasted Baby Potatoes.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place the chicken into the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Side Note: If the chicken skin is not browned to your liking, simply turn the oven to broil and cook, WATCHING VERY CAREFULLY, until it’s golden brown. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes prior to serving. Enjoy.
