Italian Feast – Menu Plan

It’s that time of year again – SUMMER BREAK!  I am taking the next two weeks off from the blog to hangout with my family and friends, head to a wedding reception, go on fun adventures, camp, play board games, watch movies, read books, and relax. I thought I would give you a fun meal plan for each day this week. I hope you like it.

Next up is one of  my very favorite Italian meals. Here are some recipes to make a hearty and delicious meal.

Tomato and Fresh Basil Crostini with Feta and Roasted Garlic Cheese Spread

Spinach and Avocado Salad

Panko Crusted Chicken Stuffed with Ricotta, Spinach, Tomatoes, and Basil

Spicy Broccoli and Orzo

Blackberry Galette with Homemade Vanilla Whipped Cream
