We have been eating a lot of drumsticks around my house lately because my kids are “over chicken”. It seems that drumsticks are the only part of a chicken that they seem to enjoy, so drumsticks it is. I did a semi-spicy dry rub for this recipe and it was a hit with all of us. The chicken was quite simple to make, smelled delicious while it roasted, and tasted moist, juicy, and tasty. I served this chicken with the Basmati Rice with Garlic, Pine Nuts, and Fresh Parsley and some asparagus for a healthy and delicious dinner that we all liked.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all the seasonings together in a bowl; mix until well combined.
Season the chicken drumsticks evenly with the seasonings. Heat an OVEN PROOF pan that’s been coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add the chicken drumsticks to the HOT pan and cook for 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip the chicken over and place into the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
