Thanksgiving Leftover Ideas

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and friends. Here are a few of my favorite ways to use up my Thanksgiving leftovers. Some of these original recipes are made with chicken but I substitute my leftover turkey instead. Enjoy!

Open Faced Turkey Sandwich

Turkey, Havarti, and Avocado Bagel Thin Sandwich

 

Turkey, Pancetta and Avocado Sandwich

 

Homemade Chicken Broth – Use turkey carcass instead of chicken

 

Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup – Use turkey meat instead of chicken

 

Turkey and Orzo Soup with Spinach

 

Chicken and Basil Dumplings – Use turkey meat instead of chicken

 

Chicken Pot PieĀ - Use Turkey meat instead of chicken
