Father’s Day Round-Up

In honor of Father’s Day, I will leave you with some of my husband’s very favorite recipes in hopes that they will give you some ideas for your Father’s Day celebration.  Cheers!

BREAKFAST: 

Strawberry Crepes

Herbed Baked Eggs over Toast

Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaze

Bacon, Egg, Sharp Cheddar, and Bagel Sandwich

LUNCH:

Pastrami, Peppers, Swiss, and Tomato on Rye

Steak, Roasted Poblano Pepper, and Sharp Cheddar Cheese Panini

Mini Reuben Sliders

DINNER:

Gemelli with Chanterelles, Pine Nuts, and Parmesan

Roasted Tomato Caprese Salad

Grilled Blackened Salmon with Pineapple Mango Salsa

Chicken Breasts with Tomatoes, Caramlized Onions, and Feta Cheese

Shredded Beef and Sweet Potato Stuffed Chiles

Asian Noodle Salad

Carne Asada Tacos

Razor Clams

Green Chile Chicken

DESSERT:

Triple Chocolate Cookies

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Lemon and Blueberry Bars with a Coconut Crust

Mint Chocolate Pixies
