I served this simple and delicious side dish with the Spicy Basil Chicken and brown rice – it was a really terrific combination of flavors and textures. I love that a side dish can be so quick and simple to make yet taste so fresh and delicious. I loved the crisp-tender veggies with the sesame flavor… they were so good and healthy!

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the snow peas and baby bell pepper to the skillet and cook, stirring often, for 4-5 minutes. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
