Blue Cheese Dressing

Blue Cheese Dressing

I was looking for a blue cheese dressing recipe and found one on Simply Recipes.  This dressing couldn’t be any easier to make.  I love how quick and simple it is and that it’s great served on a salad or as a dip for wings, meatballs, veggies, burgers, chips, onion rings, or fries.  I think it’s important to make this dressing a few hours before you want to serve it so the flavors have time to mingle.

  1. I’ll have to try this. I’ve been on a blue cheese dressing kick for the last 2 weeks after eating a great wedge salad at Oswego Grill. I found another recipe, but this one intrigues me with the addition of vinegar. Thanks!

  2. We are a family of bleu (blue) cheese lovers, and I have been on the hunt for a “perfect, search no more” bleu cheese dressing recipe. I am excited to try this one, Pam. If you love it then I know I will! My Superbowl party was extra delicious with the addition of your Baked Chicken Wings and Pom-Lemon Martini! I hope you had fun yesterday!
