Creamy Clam Dip

Creamy Clam Dip

We had friends over for an dinner and I made this creamy clam dip. The big chunks of clam were chewy and flavorful while the red pepper and shallot gave it a nice crunch. I served it with little rye crisps and pita chips and everyone enjoyed grazing on this tasty dip throughout the evening–especially the kids.

  1. I’ve been eating this since I was a child (well, a version of it). Have my boyfriend hooked on it now, too. Such a great dip!
